Chef Mark Holley
Texas
Chef Mark Holley of Texas really did a great job in this mouth-watering Texas Gulf Shrimp. I chose to vote for this one since shrimp is my favorite among all sea-foods [(now let's talk about preferences :)]
I basically like all the ingredients used in this dish. If you are on a diet, this makes a perfect lunch: Healthy and transfat free! Perhaps, what makes me a little conscious about are its spices. There's too much spices in it and its a bit discouraging. But if I were to order or even cook this dish, I would somehow request to lessen the amount of spices that will be used. The Philippines is surrounded by bodies of waters so sea food source is not much of a problem. Cultured shrimps are also becoming more and more popular so wet market will surely not run out of it and you are sure that they are always fresh.
I just found this site on the internet and found it really interesting. I am planning to start on a new blog about cooking recently so I think featuring this article will be a great start. Check on the website above and get the chance to win a vacation trip package to New Orleans. You simply have to visit and cast your vote and somehow share it with others, too.
There is no doubt that you will like it since despite our differences, food binds us all together =)
