Over with Med and Happy Birthday!

Mom is finally out of medication! :) I am so glad this entire treatment nightmare is finally over at least and the doctor just asked her to take multivitamins this time. Today is her birthday. She's 53. Her face aged so much because of her illness although I still consider her young at 53. I am glad she got over her treatment and she can now stop popping pills in the morning.

This is how she looks like before. I always look up to my mom when I was a kid. She loves to dress up and go to salon to have her hair fixed. This all changed when she was consumed with family probs and financial disasters and her marriage started getting ugly. At least she managed to get through it. LOl. Women are such a wonderful creatures. They can stand stress more than what a man can. I'll take her to the salon later today after she finishes cooking. Hehehe. Was thiknking of letting her experience something that she enjoyed doing before.

Love you mom. They are the best person there is in this little sphere called earth.
